(the “Company”), (Nasdaq:MBFI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share, an increase from $0.19 per share paid in recent quarters, payable on June 30, 2017 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock as of June 15, 2017.
