LAS VEGAS, March 12, 2018 -- Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE:EVRI) (“Everi” or the “Company”), the casino gaming industry’s single source provider of gaming products and payments solutions, reported today that a lucky player at recently opened The Riverstar Casino in Terral, Oklahoma, won the Company’s second-ever wide-area progressive (“WAP”) jackpot on March 6th. The winner hit a jackpot of more than $990,000 while playing Black Diamond®, one of four three-reel mechanical game themes featured on Everi’s Jackpot Lockdown™ WAP link.
Jackpot Lockdown was one of the first WAP links developed exclusively for Class II markets, going live for the first time in late February 2017 at four casinos. The Jackpot Lockdown WAP link is currently available at 29 casinos in 10 states and includes games featuring premium licensed content.
“Our Jackpot Lockdown wide-area progressive linked games are proving to be very popular with casino patrons since their introduction and we are thrilled that one lucky player in Oklahoma hit a life changing jackpot,” said Dean Ehrlich, Executive Vice President and Games Business Leader for Everi. “Thanks to increasing player demand, more and more casinos are installing our high-performing games as they seek to increase the amount of value added content featured on their slot floor. Our premium games are an important component of our overall product strategy and we are excited that our games are resonating with a growing number of players.”
