BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Jan. 26, 2018 -- McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Jessica B. Spade has joined the firm’s Birmingham office and Commercial Litigation practice group as an Associate.

Spade represents mortgage servicers and lenders in a wide variety of commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation and arbitrations. Her clients include financial institutions such as national and state banks, consumer finance companies, credit card issuers, credit unions, thrifts, mortgage banks and lenders, mortgage loan servicers and issuers, and other providers of consumer financial services.
Additionally, Spade represents business interests in a wide variety of general business, corporate, and commercial litigation. She helps clients with matters involving contract disputes, toxic tort claims, the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants, and the enforcement of liens and security interests. She also has experience with insurance defense litigation, including the areas of personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, and products liability.

Spade received her J.D., cum laude, from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 2015.
