CLEVELAND, Feb. 21, 2018 -- Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq:LECO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per common share, payable April 13, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2018.
