MILWAUKEE, March 30, 2016 -- Jason Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:JASN) (NASDAQ:JASNW) (the "Company" or "Jason") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend payment on the Company's 8.0% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock ("Series A Preferred Stock").
The dividend on the Series A Preferred Stock will be payable on April 1, 2016, to holders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2016. The quarterly payment will be $20.00 per share.
