InterDigital Board of Directors Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 08, 2016 -- InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC), a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 per share on its common stock, payable on January 25, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 11, 2017.
