NEW YORK, Dec. 09, 2016 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a leader in financing commercial real estate throughout the United States, announced today it opened an office in Charleston, South Carolina. John Beam, Managing Director, has been tapped to lead the local effort. He is also responsible for leading the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office.
Beam will focus on originating agency debt, including small balance loans under the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Small Balance Loan Programs, as well as bridge financing through Hunt Mortgage Group’s Proprietary Loan Group. Beam will divide his time between the two offices and serve clients throughout the southeastern seaboard of the United States.
