CONWAY, Ark., Oct. 26, 2016 -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 7, 2016, to shareholders of record November 16, 2016. This cash dividend represents a $0.015 per share, or 20%, increase over the $0.075 cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2015 and is equal to the $0.09 per share cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2016.
