Shanna ignited her passion for hospitality after she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. During the course of her career, she worked with many established brands, including Marriott, Hyatt and Holiday Inn.
Prior to joining the Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City, Shanna held various positions including Director of Catering, Sales Manager and Director of Sales at the limited service level. Shanna built her reputation on leading each market she has worked in by focusing on maximizing revenues, establishing corporate accounts and REVPAR Index growth year over year.
Shanna’s competitive spirit and determination helps to paint a picture of success with whatever challenges come her way. In her free time, she enjoys live music, sports, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Shanna believes that the key to happiness is excitement for the future, and she is very excited about her future with Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City.
