TROY, Mich., Nov. 15, 2016 -- Gregory J. Gamalski‘s article, “A Socratic Discourse Regarding Section 67(3) of the Condominium Act and Related Philosophical Digressions,” appears in the Fall 2016 Volume of Michigan Real Property Review. Mr. Gamalski is a shareholder in the firm’s Business Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and real estate law.
Mr. Gamalski is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Section Law, has served on the Section’s governing Council since 2011, and has served as chairperson of the Section’s Continuing Legal Education and Condominium, Cooperatives and Planned Unit Developments Committees. He is also a past president of the University of Detroit-Mercy Law Alumni Board.
