KALISPELL, Mont., March 30, 2016 -- Glacier Bancorp, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:GBCI) Board of Directors, at a meeting held on March 30, 2016, declared a quarterly dividend of $.20 per share, an increase of $.01 per share, or 5.30%. The Company has declared 124 consecutive quarterly dividends and has increased the dividend 40 times. The dividend is payable on April 21, 2016, to owners of record on April 12, 2016.
