First Quarter 2017 Financial Results Expected Same Day
MENLO PARK, Calif., April 25, 2017 -- Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. PDT.
Geron’s stockholders are invited to attend the Annual Meeting in person at the company’s offices located at 149 Commonwealth Drive, Menlo Park, California 94025 or by conference call by dialing 877-303-9139 (U.S.) or 760-536-5195 (international). The conference ID is 68816558. If accessing the conference call by telephone, please dial in at least 10 minutes early to minimize any delay in joining the call. Participants attending in person and by conference call will have an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting. In addition, stockholders may submit questions in advance of the meeting to the email address: [email protected]. A live audio-only webcast will also be available through the Investors section of Geron’s website at www.geron.com or at http://edge.media-server.com/m/p/h9gt9885. Since the webcast is audio only, participants will be unable to ask questions in this forum. First Quarter 2017 Financial Results Announcement Date
Geron will announce its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017 on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, after the market close. Due to the company’s Annual Meeting being held on the same day, Geron will not be hosting a separate first quarter conference call.
