- Australia: Consumer inflation expectation declined to 3.6 percent in February. The unemployment rate declined to 5.5 percent as participation rate dropped by 0.1 percent. The economy added 16,000 jobs in January.
- Japan: Industrial production rose by 2.9 percent in December, up 4.4 percent from a year ago.
Upcoming:
- France: Fourth quarter ILO unemployment report will be released at 6:30 GMT.
- Spain: HICP inflation report will be released at 8:00 GMT.
- Italy: December trade balance report will be released at 9:00 GMT.
- Greece: Consumer price inflation report will be released at 10:00 GMT.
- Eurozone: ECB’s Praet is set for a speech at 10:45 GMT, and Lautenschläger at 12:00 GMT.
- United States: New York empire state manufacturing report will be released at 13:30 GMT, along with January producer price inflation report and weekly jobless claims report. Philadelphia Fed manufacturing survey report will also be released at 13:30 GMT, followed by January industrial production report at 14:15 GMT. EIA will release weekly inventory report at 15:30 GMT. Treasury fund inflow report will be released at 21:00 GMT.
- New Zealand: Business PMI report will be released at 21:30 GMT.
