There is a lot that can be said about the developers of “Fortnite” Android, but among the most admirable is how willing they are to keep on working on bugs for the players. Epic Games just listed some of the issues that persist in this new mobile version of its massive hit of a game. The data keeps coming in now that the “Fortnite” Android beta is open to more devices.

A list of devices that can now play the app can be found at Express.co.uk, which lists Google Pixel devices and even the Nokia 8 as qualified mobile units. Epic acknowledges that there is still a lot more work to be done before “Fortnite” Android is ready for a public release. It would seem that among the problems is the game’s tendency to keep players waiting.

“We’re aware of an issue that’s causing players on supported devices to receive an error prompting them to join a “Waiting List” to gain access to Fortnite Beta on Android," Epic Games notes, courtesy of Express.co.uk. “We’ve identified what’s causing this and are investigating the issue to work towards a fix.”

For those who might want to try the “Fortnite” Android app for themselves, GameSpot has a guide on how to do it, along with a warning that it can be trickier than it seems. A lot of this is due to the fact that Epic will not be putting the game on the Google Play Store due to the exorbitant commission. It would also seem that the issue pertains more to devices other than those from Samsung.

For example, the first thing that interested mobile users will need to do is check if the game is even compatible with their device. Once this has been addressed, users will need to go through the grueling sign-up process for the beta invite and waiting for the chance to play.
