DALLAS, April 11, 2018 -- The Delta Companies (TDC), a national staffing firm for healthcare professionals, has been named one of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms 2018 by Forbes. This is the second consecutive year TDC has been recognized in this prestigious professional ranking. This year, there were more than 14,500 nominations.
To compile the list, Forbes works in conjunction with Statista to collect the data used to compile two categories. The first is for professional search firms that place permanent professional and specialist positions earning up to $100,000 annually. The second is for executive search firms that place permanent executive positions with an annual income of $100,000 or more. Surveys were conducted between December 13, 2017, and February 12, 2018, via email invitation. The rankings were based on feedback from 6,500 respondents.
“It is an honor to be considered among the best, and all of us at The Delta Companies are excited to be spotlighted by Forbes for the second time,” said Bill Tracewell, CEO, TDC. “Healthcare staffing is, at its core, focused on delivering excellence in patient care. We remain committed to providing access to the best opportunities for healthcare providers around the nation – and meeting the needs of our facilities and communities. Thank you to Forbes for including our firm – and by doing so, acknowledging the hard work and commitment of our valued team.”
TDC has also been named one of the Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S., as well as one of the Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts. The firm has received dozens of awards from Inavero, including Best of Staffing® Client Satisfaction, Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction, and the Diamond Award.
