A post-holiday grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for January 24, 2017. The announcement was made by John R. Buran, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Buran stated: “This new full-service branch continues our planned expansion of our Universal Banker model. This is our first Brooklyn branch to showcase this model that combines innovative technology with highly trained Universal Bankers to provide a superior customer experience. We recognize that the role of the traditional bank branch has changed and we want to offer a solution that enables customers to conduct their routine transactions in an efficient manner while providing a comfortable environment to enable our bankers to spend quality time with customers to fully understand their financial needs.”
Flushing Bank’s Montague Street branch is offering special promotions and giveaways through the end of December.
