VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 18, 2018 -- The Vancouver Resource Investment Conference (VRIC) returns to the Convention Centre West this Sunday and Monday, January 21-22! There will be more than 300 leading resource development companies in attendance, with the tradeshow floor growing over 40% this year, selling out for the first time in seven years.
A long list of some of the best minds in the resource space will speak throughout the two days. Keynote speakers include Chief Global Strategist & Best Selling Author Jim Rickards, Peter Schiff from Euro Pacific Capital Inc, Brent Cook from Exploration Insights, Frank Holmes, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Global Investors, Inc, and Rick Rule from Sprott US Holdings. Full speaker details can be viewed here.
This flagship mining event has always been a popular destination for exploration, investment and fundraising in minerals such as gold, silver and copper and a source of global mining expertise, but this year’s show will also shed insight around cobalt, lithium and nickel: essential ingredients powering the clean energy transition.
Another hot topic at this year’s show will be the Cryptocurrency vs. Gold debate, featuring Teeka Tiwari, James Rickards, Peter Schiff and moderated by Marin Katusa. Other talks to look forward to include Uranium: A New Bull Market Panel, The Ultimate Gold Panel hosted by Kitco and a Q&A with the Queen of Diamonds, Eira Thomas. Check out the full 2018 VRIC agenda here.
New this year, The Deal Room is a private area located on the trade show floor where all attendees have access to pre-scheduled one-on-one meeting opportunities with the exhibiting companies and speakers. The conference expects over 8,000 people to attend throughout the two days.
AME Roundup will also be at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, January 22-25, making this the place to be for the latest industry insight and connections.
