(NASDAQ:SVVC) (the “Fund”), a publicly traded venture capital fund, announced today that it has postponed its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which was scheduled to be held at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
The rescheduled Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time, at the Hilton San Jose, 300 Almaden Blvd., San Jose, CA 95110.
