RALEIGH, N.C., April 25, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) declared on April 24, 2018, a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable July 2, 2018, to shareholders of record June 18, 2018.
