OVERLAND PARK, Kan. and DALLAS, April 02, 2018 -- FireMon, provider of continuous security for the hybrid enterprise, today announced CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has given it a 5-Star rating in its 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
In October 2017, FireMon made a significant investment to update the FireMon Ignite Partner Program. Partners enrolled in the program have access to a robust portfolio of systems, tools and field resources designed to help them deliver FireMon’s security management solutions to their global customers and accelerate channel sales. The Ignite Partner Program features global tiers that accommodate partner requirements based on market, goals and objectives, and includes all routes to market, including resellers, distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
As part of the new Ignite program, partners benefit from a state-of-the-art, mobile-friendly partner portal, which offers direct access to sales tools, deal registrations and ready-made marketing campaigns. FireMon also offers eLearning programs, including two online, self-paced courses for technical and sales resources, as well as an advanced, boot camp-style course led by a FireMon instructor.
Since the relaunch, the Ignite Partner Program has delivered the following results:
- 200+ eLearning certifications
- 500+ portal users
- $50M+ partner-influenced opportunities
“Our program is designed to drive sales opportunities, increase partner profitability and deliver high customer satisfaction,” said Kurt Mills, FireMon’s VP of Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations. “We do this by offering our partners three essential elements required for rapid growth: an unrivaled suite of security management products; superior support globally; and a best-in-class portfolio of tools, resources, and training and certification programs. Our 5-Star rating in CRN’s 2018 Partner Program Guide reflects our successes to date, as well as our resolute commitment to partner success.”
“Finding the right technology vendor to partner with can be a daunting task, given the vast array of choices now available to solution providers,” said Robert Faletra, executive chairman of The Channel Company. “CRN’s Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field and find the best fit, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and providing crucial insight into their strengths and benefits. We are pleased to present our 2018 Partner Program Guide list, recognizing the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today.”
The 2018 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN and online at www.CRN.com/ppg.
