WABASH, Ind., Feb. 22, 2018 -- FFW Corporation (OTC PINK:FFWC) (2/21/2018 Close: $43.49), parent corporation of Crossroads Bank, has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable March 30, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 16, 2018.
The book value of FFW Corporation stock was $33.98 per share as of January 31, 2018. The last reported trade of stock at the close of business on February 21, 2018 was $43.49 per share and the number of outstanding shares was 1,165,980 as of the same date.
