EMLENTON, Penn., Feb. 17, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of Emclaire Financial Corp (NASDAQ:EMCF), the parent holding company of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, declared a quarterly cash dividend on February 17, 2016 of $0.26 per common share payable on March 18, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2016. The $0.26 per share quarterly dividend represents an 8.3% increase in quarterly dividends from the $0.24 per common share dividend rate declared and paid each quarter during 2015. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 4.3% based on the stock’s closing price of $23.91 per share on February 16, 2016.
