Ellen’s ex-girlfriend breaks her silence
As the rumors about Ellen DeGeneres’ alleged bad behavior behind the camera, her former girlfriend, actress and director Anne Heche has spoken out about what she thinks of the embattled host. She told people to “listen” to those who have voiced out their complaints and allegations against her former partner.
It should be noted that Ellen DeGeneres is not directly implicated in any of the “toxic” behaviors and situations in the workplace. However, some people she worked with as far as from decades ago, accused her of bad behavior.
“I haven’t spoken to Ellen in years,” Heche told Mr. Warburton Magazine. “I’d listen to the people who have. If I’m standing someplace and I don’t like what’s going on there and I stay there, it’s my fault.”
“So what are the actions that got me there and why can’t I get out of it easily if that’s not something that I want to be engaged in?” she added. “Ellen is standing where she walks, and that is hers to continue that journey.”
Heche vouched for Ellen’s kindness
Anne Heche was in a relationship with Ellen DeGeneres from 1997 to 2000. She was the host’s girlfriend when she first came out as gay. The couple then revealed they are in a relationship and both have been criticized for this.
She suggested that Ellen has been good throughout their relationship. In fact, Heche said that she has no regrets about being with Ellen in the past.
Finally, Anne Heche said that her time with Ellen DeGeneres was a beautiful part of her life. She said that it is something that she will always remember with honor.
