Over the previous chapters, the manga series has been leaving fans with one mystery that could tip the balance of the battle between Xeno’s empire and the Senku’s Kingdom of Science. The “Dr. Stone” chapter 165 leaks have now confirmed that Xeno’s secret weapon will appear, but it is not what most fans have expected.
‘Dr. Stone’ chapter 165 continues with Senku and Ryusui’s dogfighting vs. Stanley
Before “Dr. Stone” chapter 165 gets to the part of revealing Xeno’s secret weapon, spoilers reveal that the chapter will provide an update on the dogfighting with Ryusui and Senku against Stanley, who used to be a military jet fighter. Even the duo did not seem too confident about this aerial duel, but it ended with them locking on to their opponent with Ryusui aiming his pistol at Stanley.
Xeno’s associate will not back down easily in “Dr. Stone” chapter 165, though. The spoilers indicate that Stanley will manage to dodge the attacks by performing the jinking maneuver. It is described as “sudden, rapid displacement of the aircraft's flight path in three axes” to confuse the enemy and avoid getting hit with firepower.

The leak is not that comprehensive and does not say if “Dr. Stone” chapter 165 will show this dogfighting ends. But it reveals that Matsukaze has actually been inside the Perseus aircraft carrier. And the following spoilers indicate that “the most important thing” -- probably referring to Xeno’s secret weapon -- is actually “under the boat” already. This suggests that Stanley facing Ryusui and Senku in the sky may have only been a decoy.
Those who have seen an early copy of “Dr. Stone” chapter 165 claimed that it will be revealed Xeno’s secret weapon is actually a submarine, which the antagonist is going to use and Ryusui, Senku, and Matsukaze have no idea what is coming at them from under the water. The same sources claim that members of the Kingdom of Science will be “overwhelmed in no time” that should signal danger for the protagonists. Over the previous weeks, many were speculating that Xeno’s secret weapon would be a rocket because fans expected only the Kingdom of Science is using a sneak attack as the main tactic.

Upon searching for “Dr. Stone” chapter 165 leaks and spoilers, there were no scans found online so it is best to take this with a pinch of salt for now. Fortunately, chapter 165 will be released on Sunday, Sept. 13 through free simulreleases on Manga Plus and Shonen Jump.
