Key 2016 financial results include:
- $71m in annual revenue and 41% revenue growth
- 977 new customer accounts and the highest retention rate in the company’s history
- 143% growth in customer upsell revenue as customers continue to increase investment in their DiscoverOrg partnership

- Total contacts covered grew by 138% in 2016 and non-IT contact coverage grew by 371%
- Today, enterprise IT contacts comprise 30% of the database compared with 44% 12 months ago

Product innovations in 2016 included:

- Expansion of the Customer Success team by 70% and introduction of 24/7 support, ensuring every customer has dedicated resources to help them get even more value from the platform
- The launch of the TiLT Sales Development certification program for all customers
