NEW YORK, April 07, 2016 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc.’s stock was suspended on April 01, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Vapor Corp. Vapor Corp.’s stock was suspended on February 17, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the warrant of Ability Inc. Ability Inc.’s warrant was suspended on March 31, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Blue Earth, Inc. Blue Earth, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 28, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. Premier Exhibitions, Inc.’s stock was suspended on February 10, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of Authentidate Holding Corp. Authentidate Holding Corp.’s stock was suspended on January 29, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
