HOUSTON, Jan. 17, 2017 -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI) ("Crown Castle") announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of FPL FiberNet Holdings, LLC and certain other subsidiaries of NextEra Energy, Inc. (collectively, “FiberNet”). Crown Castle expects to update its full year 2017 outlook to reflect the acquisition of FiberNet in its press release and on its conference call regarding fourth quarter 2016 earnings.
