(TSXV:CBX), a network-as-a-service e-invoicing solutions provider, today announced the resignation of Greg Mark from the Board of Directors effective February 6, 2018. This change is the result of a potential conflict of interest with Mr. Mark’s role within another procurement provider organization.
Cortex would like to thank Mr. Mark for his commitment and valuable service to the Company and wish him well in future endeavors. The Company is now moving forward with the search for a qualified new member to join the board.
