Corent Tech Adds Azure Stack as a Migration Target to Support Hybrid Cloud for Enterprise Customers
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Feb. 12, 2018 -- Corent Technology (www.CorentTech.com), a leader in Microsoft Azure cloud migration, modernization and SaaSification technology, today announced it has added support for Azure Stack within its migration platform. With this extension, Corent’s SurPaaS® MaaS™ (Migration as a Service) platform allows Microsoft partners and enterprise customers to rapidly analyze, optimize, and migrate applications into Azure, as well as into Azure Stack for Hybrid Cloud environments.
Microsoft enterprise customers and partners have been using Corent Technology’s SurPaaS platform and its MaaS for migrating applications to Azure, and the addition of Azure Stack as a supported destination will provide more “hybrid” options for enterprise customers and CSPs.
“We are excited to announce our support for migrations to Microsoft Azure Stack,” said Shafi Syed CTO and Co-Founder of Corent Technology. “Corent’s SurPaaS platform provides an automation tool for system integrators, cloud solution providers (CSPs) and enterprise customers to reduce cost and time involved in their Azure migrations, whether they are using public, private or hybrid cloud approaches to their cloud initiatives.”
Jeremy Winter, Director, Azure Management, Microsoft Corp., added, "We are pleased Corent has extended their range of Azure migration solutions to include Azure Stack as a destination. Supporting migrations to Azure Stack, as an extension of Microsoft Azure, enables a truly consistent hybrid cloud solution for customers, which empowers them to maximize their investments across cloud and on-premises environments."
