(“359”), has finalized terms and executed an exclusive distribution agreement with DevLex Ltd. The distribution agreement creates an exclusive alliance for the distribution of the DevLex Predictive Analytics Platform (“DV-PA”) with 359’s Universal Mobile Interface™ (“UMI”). The DV-PA will allow real time mobile analytic solutions to be developed for markets such as FinTech, Sports Wagering, Commodities management and other verticals that utilize significant historical data sets. The first utilization of the DV-PA will be a sports based analytic mobile offering projected for release in the second quarter of 2018.
