TAMPA, Fla., April 09, 2018 -- ConnectWise has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by the Tampa Bay Times in its annual survey of local employers.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace for the eighth year really signifies that we’re doing something right to provide a rewarding and strong culture for our colleagues,” said Arnie Bellini, CEO of ConnectWise. “At ConnectWise, we put our most precious resource – our people – first. We invest in our colleagues and dedicate resources to their training and education, allowing them to grow and flourish.”
ConnectWise, which has 800 colleagues in Tampa and another 200 in locations across the United States and around the globe, was launched in Tampa more than 35 years ago. Bellini attributes the company’s success to its work hard, play hard mindset; a team approach that embraces and encourages innovation; and a group of individuals who are committed to helping others – whether those others are customers, Tampa Bay non-profit organizations, or each other.
The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, said Top Workplaces is more than just recognition. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement,” he said. “Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy. It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
