Cognosante’s eSante EnGage360® platform is a consumer-focused solution that tailors traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to support health systems and healthcare consumers, while also providing a secure work environment. EnGage360® has been in use by the CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) Call Center since 2016. From minor enhancements to the implementation of advanced case support workflows, Cognosante’s tailored solution for CMS is a Healthcare Case Management System specifically designed to support advanced case handling, improve case handle times, and increase consumer satisfaction, while being securely hosted on Azure Government. Security is one of the primary concerns of CMS and our other public sector clients, and Azure Government provides the ideal identity management, encryption, secure connections, and a proven threat management system that our clients demand.
“We are excited to continue to strengthen our collaboration with Microsoft. By utilizing Microsoft Azure Government, Cognosante can more quickly and cost effectively apply the latest technologies to resolve difficult healthcare administration challenges that our clients, and the industry, face daily. Cloud services are an accelerant for business productivity and will continue to help the healthcare industry reach the new levels of effectiveness and efficiency needed to address the spiraling costs of healthcare administration in the U.S.,” said Erick Peters, SVP & CTO, Cognosante.
Cognosante has great experience working with Dynamics 365 and Azure, having launched one of the first CRM production systems for CMS in the SaaS environment in 2015. Our current migration of the CMS CERRs system from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to Azure Government supports Tax Form 1095-A resolution case management. Additional products and services that Cognosante will deploy for CMS on Azure Government include Microsoft SharePoint 2016, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise, Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, Azure Blob storage, and Azure Backup.
Cognosante's eSante EnGage360® intuitive user interface integrates healthcare language and data visualizations of key consumer events with Service Desk screens for more meaningful customer interactions. Contextually aware and customizable workflow business process management tools make it easy to manage tasks, milestones, and deadlines. This helps streamline and manage consumer interactions, such as status inquiries, eligibility appeals, change of circumstance, callbacks, and more.
