SAN DIEGO, Oct. 07, 2016 -- Cidara Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CDTX), a biotechnology company developing novel anti-infectives including immunotherapies, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,475,248 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.10 per share. The gross proceeds to Cidara from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $25.0 million. The offering is expected to close on or about October 12, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriter has been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 371,287 shares of its common stock at the public offering price.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
