NEW YORK, May 10, 2017 -- Medley Management Inc. ("Medley") (NYSE:MDLY), an alternative asset management firm, today announced that Christopher D. Allen will join Medley as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Credit.
Mr. Allen was previously a founding partner at CVC Credit Partners, a leading global investment manager. He co-founded Apidos Capital Management in 2005, which was merged with CVC Cordatus Group to form CVC Credit Partners in 2012. At Apidos, Mr. Allen oversaw the global leveraged loan platform, business development and strategic initiatives. At CVC Credit Partners, he held a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Structured Finance Origination. Mr. Allen received his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
