Chipotle Join Forces With Strava to Promote Healthier Lifestyles, Help Customers Achieve New Year’s Wellness Resolutions

Chipotle partners with Strava to help design workouts that will help keep customers in shape.

Chipotle Mexican Grill announced on Tuesday, Jan. 2, that it struck a partnership deal with Strava to encourage its customers to become healthier this year. The latter is a leading American internet service for tracking physical exercise with integrated social network features.

Strava is also a well-known digital community among active people, including over 120 million athletes around the world. Its main purpose is to help people engage in healthy habits. Now, Chipotle is teaming up with Strava to create a customized challenge and segments that will reward people for their hard work and efforts to become healthy.

Chipotle’s Reward on Strava

Chipotle is the first restaurant chain to have this feature and partnership with Strava. The Mexican Grill store will push athletes and other customers to stay fit by offering a chance to get free Lifestyle Bowls for every challenge they take on and complete via the platform.

The collaboration seeks to inspire customers and athletes through its incentivized, healthier lifestyle offerings. The reward set-up is also aimed at promoting engagement in more physical activities, wellness, and nutrition.

Chipotle’s Healthy “Lifestyle Bowls” for Wellness

As per BNN Breaking, the main point of the collaboration between Chipotle and Strava is the “Lifestyle Bowls.” These are the meals that were specially created to go with different dietary options, including gluten-free, keto, Whole30, and vegan.

These special bowls are exclusively available via Chipotle’s website and app. The menu items are said to be an innovation that is in line with the chain’s commitment to serving responsibly while innovating within the food industry.

“We know getting through January is always the hardest hill to climb on the journey toward health and wellness goals,” Chipotle’s chief brand officer, Chris Brandt, said in a press release. “With the help of challenges on the Strava platform and our curated Lifestyle Bowls, we are giving our fans the right tools to sustain healthy habits and win in 2024.”
