The award is certified by the Top Employers Institute, an Amsterdam-based organization that has been measuring and identifying top employment practices worldwide for more than 25 years.

Top Employer certification is a comprehensive assessment of 600 HR practices. This includes an analysis of each company’s talent strategy, executive management, workforce planning, on-boarding and development, as well as employee career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and overall corporate culture. Results of the assessment are independently audited and verified, and a company must re-apply for Top Employer status each year.
