MIDLAND, Mich., Feb. 21, 2017 -- Chemical Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:CHFC) today announced that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a first quarter 2017 cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share. The first quarter 2017 dividend will be payable on March 17, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 3, 2017. The ex-dividend date is March 1, 2017.
