Changes in Nokia Corporation's own shares

ESPOO, Finland, Feb. 17, 2016 -- Based on the previously announced resolution of the Board of Directors to issue shares held by the Company, 589 708 Nokia shares (NOKIA) were today transferred to participants of Nokia's equity-based incentive plans as settlement in accordance with the plan rules.
