'Chainsaw Man' Season 2 Release Date, Cast and Spoilers: Everything We Know So Far

Here is everything we know so far about the yet-to-be-confirmed "Chainsaw Man" Season 2.

“Chainsaw Man” has been one of the most hyped-up anime in recent years, and it’s now at the end of its first installment. The series caught the hearts of many fans, which is why it’s unsurprising that many demand for “Chainsaw Man” Season 2.

For starters, Denji is a teen who lives with Pochita, a Chainsaw Devil. Due to his father's debt, he has been living in squalor while repaying his obligation by harvesting devil corpses with Pochita. Denji is betrayed and killed one day. As his consciousness disappears, he strikes a deal with Pochita and is resurrected as “Chainsaw Man,” a man with the devil's heart.

The story drew a lot of viewers, and everyone is now looking forward to more episodes. As fans await more detail, here is everything we know about the yet-to-be-confirmed “Chainsaw Man” Season 2.

Chainsaw Man’ Season 2 Release Date

Unfortunately, there is no release date for “Chainsaw Man” Season 2 as of this writing, per Dexerto. There is no official release date because Season 2 has not yet been confirmed. A second season, on the other hand, is extremely plausible. Generally, animes do not adapt manga unless they intend to finish them or the show does poorly.

MAPPA, Chainsaw Man's studio, has been tight-lipped about any developments or announcements regarding “Chainsaw Man” Season 2. However, its director, Ryu Nakayama, has not been completely silent.

“Our mission this year is to create a better working environment that is free from power harassment and moral harassment, free from unnecessary stress, and stable in terms of money and time, and although it is still small-scale, we are slowly taking shape. It’s only the first year, so we’ll be steadily building our foundation, and we should be able to release it soon,” Ryu said of the yet-to-be-confirmed “Chainsaw Man” Season 2.

Chainsaw Man’ Season 2 Cast

Studio MAPPA, one of the industry's most prestigious studios, is in charge of Chainsaw Man. This suggests they've got some good people on board, including the voice cast. Fans should expect the same cast, or at least the same primary cast, to return for a hypothetical “Chainsaw Man” Season 2, and the list of Japanese voice actors is as follows: Denji voiced by Kikunosuke Toya, Makima voiced by Tomori Kusunoki, Aki Hayakawa voiced by Shogo Sakata, Power voiced by Fairouz Ai and Pochita voiced by Shiori Izawa.

Chainsaw Man’ Season 2 Spoilers

There is no official plot synopsis for “Chainsaw Man” Season 2 as of the time of this writing. Season 2 will most likely be 12 episodes long, as are most anime seasons, and will be a continuation of Season 1 as well as Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga of the same name. So far, our heroes are still looking for the Gun Devil, and Special Division 4 has only just begun, with many more demon friends to come.

“Chainsaw Man” Season 2 is intended to cover the remainder of Part 1 of the Manga, which contains a total of 97 chapters. Season 1 of the anime covers approximately 40 chapters of the manga, implying that Season 2 may cover the remaining 57-ish chapters. There will undoubtedly be plenty of action, death, and demons. And viewers can hardly wait.
