PHILADELPHIA, April 20, 2017 -- Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE:CRS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock, payable June 1, 2017, to shareholders of record on May 2, 2017. The ex-dividend date (the date the common stock trades without the dividend) is April 28, 2017.
