“Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” is becoming more and more realistic, and with the addition of new features and game modes, the game developer is getting closer to making the game a realistic war-themed first-person shooter game. Nevertheless, the improvements will definitely make the play a lot better than the older editions.
It was revealed that aside from the upgraded features of “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare,” the storyline was also updated and aligned with the modern-day war conflicts. This means that the game developer incorporated events such as terror attacks in the gameplay.
New feature
As announced by Activision on its website, “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” will have the gunsmith system where the players can look for the type and style of weapon to use in the multiplayer gaming mode. Acquiring the correct selection of attachments is very important to the multiplayer play, so this new system is the answer for easy selection of guns and weapons.
“Gunsmithing is a robust weapon customization option for your two main Loadout weapons: Each Primary and Secondary Weapon can be augmented to give you the precise type and style of firepower you require for any type of multiplayer game mode,” the statement read. “You can customize up to five parts of each weapon until your available slots are filled.”
The gunfight mode
As per Polygon, the gunfight mode in “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” pits two teams of two players against each other. They can only rove in small maps, and everyone is armed with weapons and equipment that was selected by the gunfight mode.
The two teams are given just 40 seconds to beat their rivals, and if no one is killed within the time frame, there will be an overtime flag where the teams must defend their flags for three seconds to score a point. The first group to get six points will win in the “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” game.
“Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” is slated to be released on October 25. It will be available in various gaming platforms including the PC (Windows), PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One.
