In addition, CRISPR Therapeutics expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15,000,000 of its common shares in connection with the public offering. All of the common shares will be offered by CRISPR Therapeutics.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities, LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
