Campus Advantage added a total of 3,164 beds to its portfolio in the first half of 2017.
Block 36 was built in 2001 and is located near Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. The pet-friendly property’s amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center and computer lab, basketball and sand volleyball court, outdoor fire pit area, and more.
