In the next chapter of the “Boruto” manga series, Team 7 is expected to bring Kawaki to Konoha and subsequently face Naruto. Meanwhile, fans will have to wait several weeks before they can read “Boruto” chapter 26.
Reports suggest that “Boruto” chapter 26 will open with members of Team 7 traveling to Konoha with Kawaki. It will be interesting how Naruto will approach Kawaki considering they share something in common.
Kawaki’s body has been modified several times due to the experiments carried out by a scientist. Meanwhile, the Seventh Hokage, in some way, also possesses an altered physical body now that he has a prosthetic arm caused by how his battle with Sasuke concluded.
If Team 7 finally delivers Kawaki to Konoha, that would mean Kawaki’s group, Kara, might not attempt to stop their travel. Though this might be the case in “Boruto” chapter 26, Koji Kashin is likely going to keep an eye on them but still maintaining his distance. It is being speculated that Koji Kashin wants Kawaki to make his way to Konoha so they can gather as much information about the Karma seals as possible.
Meanwhile, in a fan theory posted on Reddit, Sasuke is speculated to carry out an interrogation with Kawaki once the latter arrives in Konoha. Reddit user u/mrsticky005 predicts that, in “Boruto” chapter 26, Sasuke will attempt to find out if Kara’s leader, Jigen, was the one who bought Kawaki from his father.
The same fan predicted that Hiashi and Boruto could be facing Jigen in a different sequence, where they are practicing a technique developed by the Hyuga Clan founder. As they train, Jigen interrupts them and offers to buy Boruto, and it could lead to a very bad ending for Hiashi and Boruto in “Boruto” chapter 26.
Unfortunately, fans will still have to wait for more than a month to confirm if these spoilers and predictions are accurate. “Boruto” chapter 26 is slated to be released on Aug. 20.
