Belmont Village Senior Living Opens Its 27th Community in Calabasas

Houston, Texas, April 05, 2018 -- Belmont Village Senior Living has opened its twenty-seventh community at 24141 Ventura Blvd. in Calabasas, California. Designed by Architects Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh and constructed by W.E. O’Neil Construction Company, the three-story, Mediterranean-style building includes 140 residences for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Amenities include a professionally managed fitness center, heated saltwater pool, full service salon, screening room, chef-prepared dining and exterior courtyards with outdoor dining patios and gardens.
