BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 22, 2018 -- Bayshore Networks, the leading provider of industrial cyber protection, today announced that Kevin Senator, a veteran software industry sales executive, innovator and entrepreneur, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President. He takes over for Mike Dager, who served as Bayshore’s Chief Executive Officer for just over two years.
Senator joined Bayshore in April 2017 as the VP of Worldwide Sales & Channels, where he was responsible for revenue performance and go-to-market partnerships. During this time, Senator built an experienced global sales team — covering markets from the U.S. to the Middle East — and led several key partner initiatives that have helped to grow Bayshore’s business through the channel.
"I would like to welcome Kevin Senator as the new CEO of Bayshore Networks. During his time as Bayshore’s VP of Worldwide Sales, Kevin provided invaluable leadership and strategic focus, enabling channel growth and international expansion. Kevin’s reputation as a strong leader and visionary is evident across the multiple start-ups he has been involved with. We are confident that Kevin will continue to build upon his success in this new role, positioning Bayshore as the market leader in Industrial Cyber Protection. Additionally, I want to thank Mike Dager for his contributions to Bayshore and for recruiting Kevin to the team," said Alberto Yepez, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Trident Capital Cybersecurity.
About Kevin Senator
Senator brings over 20 years of experience in software sales leadership, risk and financial analysis, business creation and operational management. During his nine years as VP of Worldwide Sales at Counterpane, a provider of managed security monitoring services, Senator exponentially increased sales and established a revenue-generating business development program. Following BT's successful acquisition of Counterpane, he ran all of BT's International Managed Security Service Sales and Delivery.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and to continue to build upon the growth we’ve seen at Bayshore over the last few years. We believe our solution uniquely addresses a critical market need – protecting industrial infrastructure from cyber threat,” said Senator.
