MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Aug. 24, 2016 -- Bang Holdings Corp (OTCQB:BXNG), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bang Digital Media provides brand management, digital content and its influencer-based marketing network to the cannabis industry. Today the company proudly announced that on August 18 it reached a total of one million subscribers across its social networks. That major milestone represents a 25 percent jump from the 800,000 it reported in June.
Additionally, the Company noted its content was viewed more than 53 million times during the month of July, and actively engaged by close to three million individual users – substantially increasing the value of its advertising network. It attributed the accelerating increase in the number of subscribers, and their engagement, to the Company’s proactive social media marketing activities and the new influencers it continues to sign, coupled with rapidly growing interest in cannabis nationally as various forms of its legalization are steadily expanding across the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Bang Holdings also reported that last month Bang Digital Media completed on schedule its move into its new Denver, Colorado regional production office, as announced June 15. The Company is maintaining its South Florida corporate headquarters to preserve its regional footprint covering the east coast and the south.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for Bang,” Steve Berke, CEO of Bang Holdings said. “Our online content is attracting new users every day and surpassing one million subscribers proves we are significantly expanding the reach, along with the advertising value, of our network.”
“We are now settled in and are operating out of our regional production office in Denver, the Epicenter of Ganjapreneurialism and home to so many innovators and entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry,” Berke added. “It enables us to better serve our industry customers locally, and to keep a finger on the pulse of the newest market innovations and hottest trends.”
