PURCHASE, N.Y., April 02, 2018 -- Atlas Air Worldwide (Nasdaq:AAWW) has appointed Patricia Goodwin-Peters as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Starting today, Patricia will lead the human resources team and be responsible for providing strategic leadership through the development of human resources policies and practices that reflect the company’s values and support its strategy. She will be based in Purchase, New York, and report to William J. Flynn, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Ms. Goodwin-Peters joins Atlas Air with more than 15 years of human resources experience. Most recently, she was the Head of Human Resources North America for Kate Spade & Company, responsible for talent identification and management initiatives, during which she was a liaison to the board of directors on topics of talent and strategy. Additionally, she led companywide culture, learning and organization development. Prior to Kate Spade, Ms. Goodwin-Peters held senior HR positions with Aeropostale, Inc. and Ralph Lauren Corporation, where she led global performance management and mobilization programs that facilitated company growth.
