DANBURY, Conn., June 08, 2017 -- Athena Real Estate is pleased to announce the acquisition of Silver Springs RV Park and Campers Garden (to be re-named Silver Springs RV Park), a 199-site RV Park located at 3151 N. E. 56th Avenue, Silver Springs, Florida. The property, acquired through an Athena affiliate, is located directly across the street from Silver Springs State Park, where visitors can canoe or take a glass-bottom boat down the crystal clear river, hike or bike along one of the nature trails, or enjoy a variety of entertainment events.
The RV Park will cater to retirees in the winter and families during the summer. This well-located property includes a clubhouse, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, bocce ball and shuffle board courts, horseshoe pits, and laundry facilities. Athena plans to make capital improvements to upgrade this RV Park to improve the outdoor hospitality experience of the guest.
