He will report to Gil Pekelman, chief executive officer at Atera.

Before joining Atera, Peer was the vice president of Customer Support at SysAid Technologies, a leading provider of IT service management (ITSM) solutions. In this role, he managed a team of more than 30 customer support professionals globally. During his time at the company, he created new processes that improved overall delivery time and customer satisfaction. Prior to SysAid Technologies, Peer held multiple managerial roles at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, the top generics-focused pharmaceutical company in the world. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel, and he received his ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
